What if I don't like the direction at week 2?+

We pivot. The scope is written, but we're flexible on implementation. We want you happy. If the direction isn't right, we fix it before sinking more time.

What if you discover something unexpected during build?+

We tell you immediately. We outline three options: scope change (extends timeline), work around it (same timeline), or revisit post-launch. You decide.

Can I request changes after launch?+

Yes. Minor tweaks are covered in the 30-day post-launch support. Bigger features fall into your next phase or monthly retainer.

What happens if you find a critical bug after launch?+

We fix it. That's on us. We stand behind our work.

Can I bring in another developer to work with you?+

Absolutely. We can pair with your team or hand off code cleanly. It's your store.

Do you offer ongoing retainers after launch?+

Yes. Most clients stay on $3k–$5k/month for growth work, optimization, and new features. Optional, but we recommend it.
